HTML to PDF & XAML Converter
The new Amyuni WebkitPDF product is an HTML to PDF and HTML to XAML converter which is introduced with the release of version 4.5 of the Amyuni PDF Components. This product is free of charge for any personal or commercial use.
This module enables developers to:
- Directly convert HTML files into PDF without the use of a web browser or a printer driver
- Convert HTML files into XAML/XPS for rendering within Silverlight
- Integrate and deploy the HTML conversion feature within their applications
- Generate either a single continuous PDF page or split the HTML into multiple PDF pages
- Advanced features such as PDF encryption, web optimization or bookmarking can be added by purchasing the full version of Amyuni PDF Creator
WebkitPDF is based on the Webkit Open Source libraries which are the base for popular web browsers such as Safari and Chrome. The Webkit library provides accurate rendering of HTML files with support for CSS style sheets, HTML5 and Javascript.
WebkitPDF is also based on the commercial Amyuni PDF Creator component which provides optimized and well structured PDF files that can be rendered and processed by third-party PDF viewers.
